Build Operate transfer Model - Get Solar Power Plant in Just 10% of Project Cost

Build Operate Own Transfer – B.O.O.T models (INDICATIVE PRICING ONLY) 

A. Size of plant – 50 KW to 500 KW grid connected models only – we do not offer BOOT model for Battery systems (but can discuss on case to case if customer is ready to invest in batteries) 

 B. Company for BOOT has to be a Financially sound company with very good business establishment – last 2 years audited balance sheet with company / group profile is must. 

 C. 12 Months power consumption calculated monthly as advance deposit 

 D. All investment for power plant made by us.

 E. Power purchase agreement (PPA) for 10 years 

 F. Rate per unit will vary from Rs. 6.5 ~ Rs. 8.5* per unit depending on customer profile – will be offered in our term sheet. (* may be negotiable depending on investor)

 G. Price escalation would be between 4 ~ 6% for every 18 ~ 36 months – as will be offered in our term sheet.

 H. At the end of 10 years or end of PPA term, the solar plant will be transferred free of cost to the customer.

 I. Client approval totally at our discretion.

 J. If system is Roof mounted then roof strengthening if required will be to clients account.

 K. If evacuation is required for Grid, that will be to clients account.

 L. Security of system is client's responsibility. 

 M. Buyback of system is available anytime after minimum of 5 years. 

 N. Advance Payment 10% out of 1st month power price is must
